Companies between lawyers are governed by Article 4a of the Law of Lawyers

The STA is the model for a modern legal profession according to the principles of:

• innovation;
• consistent with market trends;
• flexibility with respect to business challenges.

Without prejudice to the legal obligations to guaranteethe highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct (two-thirds of the share capital being attributed to lawyers or registered professionals and the majority of the board of directors being attributed to lawyers), the STA model makes it possible to integrate professionalism and non-legal skills in order to make the services provided by the STA both vertical on specific areas of intervention and horizontal within them.
