Oxford University Press published the book "The EU Crowdfunding Regulation", edited by Marije Louisse, senior legal counsel at the Central Bank of the Netherlands, and Pietro Ortolani, professor at Radboud University, with the participation of Raffaele Battaglini who, together with Davide Davico, wrote the chapter entitled "Is the Crowdfunding Regulation Future-Proof? Forms of Blockchain-based Crowdfunding Falling Outside of the Scope of the Regulation".
